We have decided to close our doors for the last time on Saturday 7th June , so much stock is going with our 20% off that we feel we won’t have much left by the end of June!! This also gives us more time to move everything off site before we have to be out.
It is with a very heavy heart that we have to announce that Bekra Models will be closing on 7th June 2025.
As you all know, we made the move to Teignmouth as costs of being on the high street were becoming unmanageable and the town improvements/roadworks didn’t help! So off we went and worked really hard to build the new shop in Teignmouth. We opened our lovely warm, clean shop and had high hopes for the future and now our landlord has now decided to significantly increase our rent with a new lease with unacceptable terms and conditions!!!
This along with a lack of customers due to them choosing to purchase online and the hobby industry becoming more and more expensive for everyone has forced us to make this hard decision.
We would like to thank all past customers for their support in our 5 years in Bekra Models, we’ve met many lovely people. As a positive Tony and I now look forward to having more time to enjoy our hobbies.
From today all existing stock (excluding 2nd hand items) will have 20% off!!
